Bonus — The Story Bank (Top 25 Questions & How to Prep)

Hey everyone! You finished Namaste Behavioral Interviews! 🙏

Here's the secret that ties the whole series together: you don't prepare a separate answer for every possible question. Instead, you prepare a small set of strong, real stories — and each one can answer many different questions. This bonus shows you the Story Bank method plus a rapid-fire list of the top questions with how to attack each.

1. The Story Bank Method (The Big Idea)

┌─────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────┐
│ Prepare 5–7 real STORIES from your experience, each in │
│ STAR form. Then MAP them to question types. One story │
│ often answers 3–4 different questions. │
└─────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────┘
AIM FOR STORIES THAT COVER THESE THEMES:
     1. A technical CHALLENGE you solved
     2. A time you FAILED / made a mistake
     3. A CONFLICT or disagreement you handled
     4. A time you showed LEADERSHIP / initiative
     5. A TEAMWORK / collaboration success
     6. A time you worked under PRESSURE / a deadline
     7. Something you're PROUD of / a big win

→ With these 5–7 in your pocket, you can handle almost ANY
behavioral question by adapting the closest story.

2. One Story, Many Questions

Take ONE story — "I fixed a critical bug the night before a
launch, under pressure, by staying calm and pulling in a
teammate." Look how many questions it answers:

     • "Tell me about a time under pressure." ✅
     • "Tell me about a difficult problem you solved."✅
     • "Tell me about a time you collaborated." ✅ (the teammate)
     • "Tell me about taking initiative / ownership."✅
     • "Something you're proud of?" ✅

→ Just shift the EMPHASIS depending on what they asked. Prep the
story once, angle it five ways. That's the whole trick. 🌟
